Bone Thugs-N-Harmony kicked off a two-night Colorado headlining run at Summit in Denver on Saturday, January 10th, drawing a sold-out crowd that packed the venue from the barricade to the back bar. The energy in the room was unified and rooted in respect as longtime followers and newcomers alike filled every inch of the space.
Live Nation brought Bone Thugs-N-Harmony back to Denver, a city they have performed in more than two dozen times throughout their three decades on the road. The crowd was a mix of dedicated fans who had been with them since the beginning and new listeners just discovering their music, all coming together to celebrate the group’s legacy.

The night started with a lineup of Denver talent, including Hazy OBE, Dank1, Top Flite Empire, Lokana with DJ Magz The Outlawed, and DJ Pozition with City Boi Streetz. While many in the crowd came to see Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, the local openers drew strong support from the Denver music community, adding to the hometown energy in the room.
Top Flite Empire has opened for Bone Thugs-N-Harmony in various states over the past decade. This show was special to the duo, as they shared the stage with local collaborators like Grayson Ratliff and Epigat of Ghost Gang. One of the most crowd-responsive songs of the night was “Richest Man in the Graveyard.” The audience sang along to every word. It helped set the tone for the rest of the evening.
Lokana was the only female artist on the lineup. She performed alongside DJ Magz The Outlawed and quickly became one of the evening’s standout performers. Named one of Westword’s R&B and neo-soul vocalists to watch last year, she held the room down with a vocal performance that was both powerful and effortless. Lokana commanded the stage with confidence and presence, drawing a strong response from the crowd throughout her set.
For her final song, Lokana sampled “My Guy,” an unreleased track featuring Krazy Bone, which immediately energized the audience and heightened anticipation for Bone Thugs-N-Harmony’s upcoming set. The moment helped bridge Denver’s rising talent with the legendary group waiting backstage, further fueling excitement in the room.
What made the evening especially meaningful was Bone Thugs-N-Harmony’s continued commitment to honoring the foundation of their career with Ruthless Records and the late Eazy-E. “Rest in peace, Eazy-E. He’s the reason why we’re here and why we still do this,” Wish Bone told the crowd.

The members on stage included Flesh-N-Bone, Wish Bone, Layzie Bone and Krazy Bone. Although Bizzy Bone couldn’t be there, his presence was still felt by the audience. The group delivered a heartfelt set filled with fan favorites, including “1st of Tha Month” and “Thuggish Ruggish Bone,” igniting the crowd as fans both longtime and new rapped along word for word. Highlights included “Notorious Thugs,” paying tribute to The Notorious B.I.G., and “Thug Love,” honoring the late Tupac Shakur.
Throughout the set, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony repeatedly acknowledged and honored those who came up with them but are no longer here, adding a deep emotional element to the night. When the group performed “Crossroads,” the weight of that tribute was felt throughout Summit as phone flashlights lit up the audience.

Despite the risks and challenges of the music industry, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony continue to show up for hip-hop culture — and they show no signs of slowing down. Their music speaks to the Black experience in America and addresses real social issues, bringing the community closer together. Above all, their message centers on love, unity and staying true to who you are.
Following the show, Krazy Bone shared advice for emerging artists navigating the music industry. “You gotta have thick skin in this game,” he told Party Guru Press. “There are a lot of hidden snakes in the industry you have to watch out for.”
Reflecting on the group’s early days, Krazy Bone said one of his favorite memories was meeting Eazy-E for the first time. “When we left Cleveland, we told everybody we were going to meet Eazy-E with no real plan,” he said. “It was do or die. Not only was it our dream to make it, it was our dream to sign with Ruthless Records.”
More than 30 years into their career, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony continue to represent hip-hop culture with intention and purpose. By honoring the legends who paved the way while sharing the stage with rising local artists, the group showed their impact reaches far beyond nostalgia, remaining rooted in legacy, community and the future of the genre.
