Rapper Wiz Khalifa is slated to return to Colorado to co-headline 420 On The Rocks. The perfect co-headliner, he is no stranger to this annual event and is a connoisseur when it comes to the sticky icky. Joining Khalifa as co-headliner is the trio Flatbush ZOMBIES. Together they’ll smoke out Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Saturday, April 20th for the unofficial ganja holiday.

Cameron Jibril Thomasz, the man we all know as Wiz Khalifa, works hard but plays even harder. Since his debut in 2005 with Prince of the City: Welcome to Pistolvania on Rostrum Records, Thomasz has enjoyed an upward trajectory.

Each Wiz Khalifa release has proven better than the last. His Grammy and Golden Globe nods, as well as his various chart-topping music, prove as much. And with album names like Kush & Orange Juice, Rolling Papers, and Rolling Papers 2, Wiz is part of the elite when it comes to weed musicians.

Speaking of the crème de la crème of reefer madness artists, also on deck are Flatbush Zombies. This trio of misfits joined forces in the Flatbush area of Brooklyn in 2010. The group is comprised of Demetri Simms aka Meechy Darko, Antonio Lewis as Zombie Juice, and Erick Arc Elliott. Together, these three wax poetic about the wonder that is Mary Jane, among a variety of other subjects.

It’s literally, the PERFECT lineup for a 420 celebration, am I right?

420 on the Rocks is an annual event celebrating cannabis and music. Taking place for the better part of a decade, Wiz Khalifa has played this event many times before. He’s no stranger when it comes to rocking out the Amphitheatre or celebrating 420, whether on his own or with thousands of folks. The breathtaking views of Red Rocks add the perfect touch to the night.

Red Rocks Amphitheatre hosted the first-ever 420 concert back when Colorado first legalized recreational pot. And since then, they’ve continued welcoming the green and green-related festivities, with open arms. With such incredible views and unmatched acoustics, the connection to music is at an all-time high (see what we did there?). Every angle of Red Rocks offers spectacular sound, no matter whether you’re up top or down below. The bass echoes throughout the amphitheater to the parking lot. There’s also a variety of food and drink vendors to quench your munchie and cotton-mouth thirsts.

If all this isn’t enough to get you to Red Rocks, maybe knowing that Earthgang, Chevy Woods and DJ Bonics are also on the bill, will. 420 on the Rocks is a must-attend, very fun, and popular event. Purchase your tickets today for Wiz Khalifa and Flatbush Zombies at 420 on the Rocks on Saturday, April 20th.
