On October 28th, Tale Of Us will bring the sounds of their label, Afterlife, to the beautiful Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Emotional buildups, layers of sound, and moody vocals will emanate out of the speakers and into the fall night air. Their live show has traveled around the world with immense success. Now, the Berlin duo (real names Carmine Conte and Matteo Milleri) will present this epic show to Colorado.

Many people would call Tale of Us melodic techno, a genre they seemed to help create. Yet I feel they are more similar to sounds described as progressive house or even trance. This genre-fluidity is part of why they have been so successful. Whatever we call their sound, Tale Of Us always pushes the boundaries of the genres around them. Because of that, the Red Rocks crowd will get a full-spectrum experience of both mellow and driving electronic music.

As heads of their label Afterlife, Tale of Us also continues to push the boundaries of visual experiences, bringing an overwhelming multi-sensory production wherever they go. They showcase some of the most beautiful visuals that have ever been seen in the electronic world. Just one glance at the size and quality of the duo’s massive visual screen changes your perception of what can be done at electronic gatherings in 2023.

So far, the duo hasn’t announced if they are bringing their giant screen to Colorado. However, even just their sounds in the wonderful acoustics of Red Rocks will no doubt create a stunning night. If you haven’t secured a ticket yet, you can purchase them now through AXS. But don’t wait; these are sure to move fast!

When Tale of Us debuts at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on October 28th, it will be days away from Halloween, right in the middle of the spooky season. If your definition of spooky fits the progressive music of Afterlife, then there is no better place to be. Go early, stay late, and enjoy the many different sounds of Tale Of Us. This event is the perfect place to experience the constantly evolving world of electronic music set against the beautiful canvas of Red Rocks Amphitheatre. See you on the dance floor!
