Last week’s new music releases were impressive! We heard new songs from big-name artists like A$AP Rocky, Zeds Dead, The Chainsmokers, and more. To help you sift through the clutter, we’ve put together this list of all the best releases from the past week to help you discover new music that you might have missed. Happy listening!

A$AP Rocky & Nigo – Arya

Here we have a track that comes as a surprise to many. One of hip-hop’s biggest artists collaborated with one of the genre’s most promising artists for a hit new song, Arya. Nigo brings some serious heat as always, whilst A$AP has added another catchy tune to his collection. For those not familiar with Nigo, he is pretty much a legend in the hip-hop fashion scene and is known for his incredible design skills in footwear. Meanwhile, A$AP Rocky is on a creative streak at the moment and we are here for it. This may just end up being one of our favorite songs of 2022 when all is said and done. It’s fun, upbeat, high energy – everything you’d expect from some of today’s most talented artists.

Zeds Dead & Omar Linx – Mr. Blue

Canadian electronic duo Zeds Dead collaborated with Omar Linx on their brand new single titled “Mr. Blue”. This track is a gem in their catalog of bass-driven tracks that they have released over the years. The duo has returned to their singular sound with a vibrant anthemic ballad. Heavy yet minimal synth progressions blend sweetly with Omar Linx’s vocals. If you don’t know Omar Linx, he’s a Canadian rapper and songwriter who’s regularly featured on some of Zeds Dead‘s most popular songs. We highly recommend this song if you like deep bass but want something different than your usual dubstep bangers. Click here to listen to “Mr. Blue” by Zeds Dead & Omar Linx!

The Chainsmokers – High

If you have been a fan of EDM in recent years then there is a good chance that you have heard at least one song by American DJ duo, The Chainsmokers. Both members of the group (Andrew Taggart & Alex Pall) are known for bringing high energy to their sets. Since their debut single “#Selfie” went viral in 2014, the pair have steadily released hit after hit. Their latest single, “High”, was released this week and it is already climbing up the dance charts worldwide. If you are a fan of artists like Major Lazer and Flosstradamus, then you will love these guys too. Take a listen to “High” here.

Dirt Monkey & Kumarion – CONKA

When a producer like Dirt Monkey teams up with an artist like Kumarion for a collaboration track it is a match made in heaven. This song opens up with a lively flute that contrasts well against some deep bass beats. It is not just your typical EDM beat. There are plenty of stuttering elements that provide enough rhythm to make you want to get up and dance. CONKAis a perfect blend of both artists’ talents to create something great. We’ll be waiting for Dirt Monkey & Kumarion to give us more great collaborations like “CONKA.”

Gramatik – Water 4 The Soul II

Grammy-nominated electronic musician Gramatik released his newest album titled Water 4 The Soul II. For those who love his previous work, you are in for a treat. This masterpiece comes with a total of 9 tracks filled with chilled-out beats that will give you some great vibes. If you like artists like Griz, Marvel Years, and Big Gigantic, you will definitely enjoy this album. Gramatik has done an incredible job at combining smooth melodies that deliver a tasteful punchline every time you hear it. Listen to Water 4 The Soul II now, available on all streaming services!
