End Your Summer at Temple Denver: August Lineup

The end of summer is almost here, but the decks are just heating up at Temple Denver. With some of the hottest acts, this month’s lineup at Temple is sizzling, and they aren’t even halfway done with announcements yet. Peep the deets of Phase 1 of the August lineup below!

SNBRN Friday, Aug. 5th

Bringing the West Coast beach vibe, SNBRN will be kicking off the party. SNBRN launched his career in 2014 after studying music production. He is a remix legend, with amazing remixes of “Sexual Healing” and “Gangsta Walk“. Outside of his amazing remixes, he recently dropped his new track, “Not the Only One.” It has some high-energy house vibes that we absolutely adore.

Tommy Trash Saturday, Aug. 6th

Hailing from Down under, Tommy Trash is bringing the electro-house fire. A veteran in the EDM scene, Tommy Trash has several chart-topping bangers and is Grammy nominated. After taking a break from the stress of the industry, Tommy Trash has come back even better than before. When he isn’t making music, he helps other artists under his label  Milky Wave. His latest track, “Jaguwawa“, dropped on Soundcloud earlier this year, and it’s an absolute banger.

Skepsis & 1991 Saturday, Aug. 13th

From across the pond, Skepsis and 1991 are hitting the decks August 13th. Skepsis is a UK bass beast. With support from artists like Diplo and Jauz, Skepsis has toured all over the world and played several festivals. His most recent remix, “BBCC“, dropped a couple months ago and definitely has that festy bass vibe to it.

1991 is a London drum and bass producer and DJ who has taken the genre by storm. After being handpicked to join MTA Records, he has released banger after banger and was voted Best Newcomer at the Drum & Bass Awards. 1991 just dropped an album titled “Odyssey” earlier this month, and we just can’t get enough of it. Together, this duo will be a sick set definitely not to miss.

Madds Saturday, Aug. 20th

Madds is an international DJ, performing regularly in the US and South Africa. She is on her Endless Summer Tour and is stopping at Temple on August 20th. Residing now in Los Angeles, Madds has a dancey house vibe to all of her songs. Madds recently released “I Don’t Wanna Go.” It has an ethereal dance vibe to it that we simply adore.

Hozho Thursday, Aug. 25th

Wrapping up the Phase 1 lineup is Hozho, who is performing on August 25th. Hozho hails from Portugal and created his own genre of music – “melodark.” This dark and melodic vibe envelops all that Hozho is. “Honey Trap” was released earlier this year. It reinforced his unique style, diversifying the Plague Doctor from the pack and disregarding the current dance music meta for something more intrinsically expressive, remembering the mythical quote from Charles Bukowski: “wherever the crowd goes, run in the other direction.”
