No One Does It Like Subtronics! This past weekend, on March 7th and 8th, Relentless Beats hosted the first-ever edition of Cyclops Desert, featuring the dubstep DJ and producer who has become one of our favorite headliners This two-day event delivered incredible talent alongside stellar production that took over Rawhide Event Center in Chandler, Arizona.

The Lineup

Subtronics brought along some talented friends for Cyclops Desert, and they did not disappoint. This lineup delivered on all fronts, from impeccable mixing to heavy bass, keeping the audience fully captivated throughout the event.

Kicking off the nights were artists such as Skellytn, DENNET, SMOAKLAND, and Basstripper. All delivered fantastic sets that really got the crowd and energy going.

Next up on the roster were heavy hitters like HEDEX, ALLEYCVT, INZO, and Mersiv. The energy in the crowd was electric, and anticipation kept building as the night progressed. With each artist dropping their biggest tracks and putting unique spins on fan-favorite anthems, the venue was completely transformed into a bass lover’s paradise.

One thing all these artists, including Subtronics, have in common is that they continue to level up with every set. Each of them represents a different side of the bass spectrum, seamlessly blending various genres into their performances. Their sets are carefully crafted, making every moment feel intentional.

Subtronics

When Subtronics took the stage, the crowd’s energy skyrocketed from 100 to 1,000 in an instant. Both nights, he delivered perfectly curated sets that had everyone locked in from start to finish. His performances featured tracks from artists like Wooli, Excision, Level Up, and Zeds Dead, along with countless collabs. On top of that, Subtronics dropped a ton of unreleased tracks, leaving fans absolutely wanting more!

He brought the bass, the wonk, the remixes and the vibes — everything you could want in a Subtronics set. His passion for what he does is undeniable, and it shows in every drop, transition, and crowd interaction. He doesn’t just perform — he creates an experience, and he absolutely crushed it this past weekend.

The production of the show truly elevated the entire experience. With massive LED screens, lighting rigs for spotlights, an army of lasers (Cyclops style), and pyrotechnics, the visuals were on point. The rows of subwoofers scattered throughout the venue ensured that the bass was felt in every corner.

There were plenty of food and drink options to keep fans fueled throughout the night. Food options included burgers, fries, chicken tenders, and sweet treats like funnel cake, churros, and candy apples.

For drinks, attendees could enjoy mixed cocktails, BeatBox beverages, a variety of beers and seltzers, as well as non-alcoholic options like Redbull, Powerade, and lemonade.
