New Year’s Eve 2020 is quickly approaching. This Thursday night, the calendar will flip to January of 2021. For many, this year was a strange time warp. Time seemed to go by extremely slow. However, many are wondering how it’s already almost the new year!

At this point in time, many of us typically have our New Year’s Eve plans locked in. Gathering downtown to see fireworks, attending a concert or festival, or getting together with family are all popular plans for ringing in the new year. This year, options for events and activities have drastically changed due to health and safety regulations regarding COVID-19.

Many of us live in cities and states with restrictions in place when it comes to how many people can gather safely in a private or public area. In fact, private gatherings with anyone outside of your immediate household are discouraged in lots of areas. The good news is that this doesn’t mean that you can’t celebrate New Year’s Eve safely!

Party Guru Productions has put together a list of twelve different live stream concerts and shows for you to view in the comfort of your own home. These events are either free or low-cost, making it easy for everyone to view. Genres include pop, rock, electronic, and more. You and your friends can watch these shows together from separate households and not have to worry about getting to and from a venue. The only difficulty this year will be choosing which live streams to view!

Take a look at the list below to view a small selection of virtual shows taking place this New Year’s Eve.
