On November 22nd, you best be minding your manners as PLS&TY will come to Larimer Lounge. The DJ, producer and NFT creator will captivate the dance floor with his soulful pop melodies and unique sound. Start your weekend off right with a little PLS&TY.
Tommy Leas, aka PLS&TY, is a Florida native who strives to create feel-good music. His DJ moniker showcases his playful attitude and desire to keep cheerfulness in everything he does. The way he’s Frankensteined his first and last names into PLS&TY even indicates this.
And when it comes to music, Leas is doing something right. His releases have reached over 100 million streams and placed at the top of the charts. Leas’ songs are instant party starters and he’s a rising talent in the future bass world.
Even as he continues his upward trajectory, PLS&TY hasn’t forgotten what it’s like to be an up and comer. He posted on social media looking for tags and links to local talent to be openers for his show. It’s a great opportunity to let someone get their foot in the door, so to speak.
Larimer Lounge is a historic, old-time bar and lounge. Located in the RiNo district of Denver, it’s touted as Denver’s original independent music venue. Larimer Lounge is a bit of a grimy dive bar that provides a home to those artists with great potential. It’s the perfect spot to welcome PLS&TY, offering a place where he can cut his teeth before skyrocketing to performing at, dare I say, a place like Red Rocks.
Since his debut, PLS&TY took a two-year hiatus to work on his sound and hone his craft. He came back with a vengeance, releasing the tantalizing conceptual EP 3 Days, 2 Nights. In 2024 alone, he’s released 3 Days, 2 Nights (The Remixes), and four tracks that are climbing the charts. But the year isn’t over yet, so expect more from PLS&TY before 2024 is over.
To get a feel for the man, buy your tickets to his show on Friday, November 22nd at the Larimer Lounge. Prepare for one mind-blowing set.
