Homemade Spaceship Denver Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom

Prepare for liftoff in three, two, one. Homemade Spaceship will be outfitting Cervantes with enough rockets for an intergalactic journey this August.

The DJ, producer, and multi-instrumentalist is a prominent figure in Denver’s bass music scene. This will be his first headlining show in the legendary Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom. He is playing with other local heavyweights Lucid Vision, illanthropy, Louie Letdown and Wynslo. The August 19th show is guaranteed to be a masterful journey through genres supported by live instrumentation.

Homemade Spaceship (real name Rob Levere) is a virtuoso of sonic experimentation. Levere’s signature outer space-inspired electro soul is hard to categorize into one type of music. He effortlessly moves from space bass to house while playing live guitar riffs, immersing the audience in sound. As the show progresses, you may start to believe he is legitimately building a spacecraft in his barn.

Levere has a wide range of accomplishments. He’s shared the stage with celebrated acts such as GRiZ, SoDown and Minnesota. Levere even hosted an episode of Pretty Lights’ legendary “The HOT Sh*t” on Sirius/XM Radio.

His direct support for the show is another prominent Denver-based artist, Lucid Vision (real name Dalton Kieta). Kieta is a co-founder of the Timeless Music Collective and an accomplished artist in his own right. He’s played nationally with the likes of The Glitch Mob, CloZee and Hippie Sabotage. Also a multi-instrumentalist, Kieta uses everything from a bass guitar to a ukulele during his high-energy sets.

This show featuring local legends is going to be bubbling to the brim with good vibrations and excellent music. You don’t want to miss this. The storied venue hosting the event is located in the heart of Denver’s historic Five Points neighborhood.
