Alright, we know we’re still in July, but we need to have a serious conversation about Halloween. This may seem outlandish but we’re serious! All Hallow’s Eve will be upon us in a few months, and the best time to get things locked in is NOW. Think about all the fun stuff you’d already have planned for Halloween, and then tag on a huge festival! Not convinced yet? Let’s change your mind.

First, let’s talk about Freaky Deaky basics. Making its return, Freaky Deaky will take place over the weekend of October 26th and 27th. The festival makes its home on the Houston Speedway, in Baytown, Texas, just over 30 minutes outside of Houston. Plan on hotels and Air BnBs being in abundance for you and your rave family in the surrounding areas.

Now, let’s cover the details. It should come as no surprise that this Halloween themed festival will be one big costume party. So be sure to dress to the nines! In addition to the creepy and freaky motifs, there will be all that one should expect from a well-established festival. Food and drink aplenty, water stations to keep show-goers hydrated and refreshed, and tons of exploring to do with lots of party people. If you’re tight on cash right now, and just can’t justify dropping dime on a ticket, consider joining Freaky Deaky’s Ambassadorship program. Helping out with promotions is always a great way to get yourself to a show!

Lastly, let’s look at the lineup. Freaky Deaky has taken steps to diversify their lineup within their featured genres. This year’s lineup promotes lots of House, Trance, Techno, and Bass. You’ll be catching sets from Borgore, Getter, AC Slater, CharlesTheFirst, Malaa, Planet of the Drums, REZZ, Shiba San, Space Jesus, Subdocta, Lucii, Fisher, Cosmic Gate, CloZee, ATLIens, Armin Van Buuren, Desert Dwellers, Ganja White Knight, Green Velvet, Tchami, and many more.

Of all the great Halloween festivals out there, Freaky Deaky stands tall alongside its counterparts. The spooky season is one of our favorites and there’s going to be lots of artists on tour during the last couple of weeks in October. There’s no doubt you’ll catch some great music wherever you find yourself, but don’t get too lost in the decision making process! Freaky Deaky will provide the perfect chance to enjoy some booty-shaking house beats, head banging bass, and journey-like trance. If that suites your taste we’ll see you there!
