No one has had a better 2023 than Skrillex (aka Sonny Moore). With a rapid-fire rollout for his double album release (Quest For Fire and Don’t Get Too Close) last February, the producer and DJ is gearing up to take over the rest of the year with performances all over the globe.
Skrillex then shocked the world with a series of shows (joined by Fred Again and Four Tet) in London and New York City, including a sold-out Madison Square Garden. And most recently, he announced his grand return to Red Rocks with a five-hour open-to-close set.
With all the hype and almost all tickets selling out instantly, catching a Skrillex performance feels like an impossible task. As summer and festival season approach, there are nonetheless plenty of opportunities to catch a Skrillex show this year.

Red Rocks Amphiteatre (April 29th)
Morrison, CO
Sure to be one of the highlights of the year, Skrillex makes his return to Red Rocks for his first solo headline show since 2014! With a five-hour open-to-close set, fans are going to be in for a massive treat at the historic venue.
Hangout Music Festival (May 21st)
Gulf Shores, AL
The three-day Hangout Music Festival takes place beachside on the white sands of Gulf Shore, Alabama. Catch some sun and watch Skrillex play on Sunday, May 21st!
Movement Electronic Music Festival (May 29th)
Detroit, MI
One of the longest-running dance music festivals in the world, Movement Electronic Music Festival takes place in the birthplace of techno itself. After his unfortunate last-minute cancellation ahead of last year’s installment, we can’t wait to see what Skrillex has up his sleeves this year.
Primavera Sound (June 2nd, June 9th)
Barcelona/Madrid, Spain
This year’s Primavera Sound takes place over two weekends in the Spanish cities of Barcelona and Madrid with an absolutely stacked lineup. The Barcelona show will be Skrillex’s first stop in a run of European dates this summer.
Nameless Music Festival (June 3rd)

The Italian gathering Nameless Festival celebrates its 10-year anniversary with an eclectic international lineup. Skrillex takes the stage on Saturday, June 3rd!
Parklife Festival (June 10th)
Manchester, UK
The 2-day Parklife Festival features some of the biggest acts in electronic music along with other major pop and hip-hop artists. Skrillex will perform on The Valley stage on June 10th!
Saga Festival (June 23rd)
Bucharest, Romania
Bucharest’s biggest festival takes place in the unique setting of Romaero Airport. 2023 sees Skrillex take one of the headliner slots of Saga Festival on Friday, June 23rd.
Les Eurockéennes (June 29th)
Belfort, France
Located on the Malsaucy Peninsula, this French festival provides the perfect mix of beautiful nature scenery and music. Performing at Les Eurockéennes for the first time since 2014, Skrillex returns on June 29th.
Garorock (June 30th)
Marmande, France
Over the last two decades, this four-day camping gathering dedicated to rock and electronic has become one of the biggest festivals in France. Skrillex joins the festivities at Garorock 2023 on Friday, June 30th!
Panama Open Air (July 1st)
Bonn, Germany
Panama Open Air returns to Bonn, Germany for its biggest installment yet in 2023, featuring a multi-genre mix of performers. Skrillex will fill the headlining DJ slot on Saturday, July 1st.
Exit Festival (July 7th)
Novi Sad, Serbia
Located within the Petrovaradin Fortress in Novi Sad, Serbia, Exit Festival hosts more than 1,000 artists across over 40 stages and areas. Skrillex returns to the main stage on Friday, July 7th.
Ruisrock (July 8th)
Turku, Finland
Starting off as a primarily rock festival in the ’70s, Ruisrock continues to expand and include a variety of genres and artists. Skrillex makes his last European festival appearance of the summer on July 8th!
Badlands Music Festival (July 13th)
Calgary, AB
As part of the yearly 10-day Calgary Stampede, Badlands Music Festival features a series of musical performances in downtown Calgary. Skrillex makes an appearance with yet-to-be announced special guests on July 13th.
HARD Summer (August 6th)
Los Angeles, CA
The iconic California EDM festival HARD Summer comes back to downtown Los Angeles with an incredible lineup. Skrillex will go back-to-back with the legendary producer Four Tet to headline the second night for what is bound to be a monumental performance.
Elements Music and Arts Festival (August 12th)
Long Pond, PA
Featuring a wide assortment of electronic artists, the immersive Elements Music and Arts Festival will be one for the books in 2023. Skrillex rocks the stage on Sunday, August 12th!
Circoloco (September 4th, 11th)
Ibiza, Spain
Beginning in May 2023, the party brand Circoloco will hold a 24-week residency consisting of an extensive list of performers. Skrillex will make two appearances on September 4th and 11th, joined by DJs Jyoty and Ahadadream, respectively.
