In the wake of live shows being canceled, promoters and artists have been desperately trying to find ways to fill the gap for live entertainment.

The energy in the Colorado EDM community remains unmatched. Prominently in Denver, the city’s bass scene doesn’t sleep (even during a pandemic). It has been over 3 months since a live show has taken place, and its time the music industry got a little more than creative. The live streams have been great, but I think we can all agree we need something more.

Drive-in raves are officially kicking off around the world, especially in Colorado. Last weekend Peekaboo headlined the first installment of the new drive-in rave series “Dirty Drive In”. This Thursday the Colorado native Dirt Monkey will be throwing down the wubs at the Mile High Swap Meet. “Dirty Drive In” presented by Lionshare Presents , brought along some of bass music’s best, including Dirt Monkey, So Down, DMVU, and G-Space. This week’s event is well on it’s way to sell out!

Wanting to join the party? Don’t worry it isnt too late! You can visit Dirty Drive In’s Facebook page or visit Festicket’s website for more ticketing information.

The event is keeping CDC guidelines in mind, upon arrival each attendee will have their temperature taken. The guests are also asked to arrive with a mask, and to wear it when you are outside of your vehicle. All cars entering the venue will be instructed to park their minimum distance apart in accordance with CDC safety regulations. The venue also has consistently sanatized bathrooms available along with hand sanatizing stations. Each guest’s safety is the event staff’s number one priority.

Can’t make it this week? The Party Guru Press team has some great news in store for you. The Dirty Drive In is set to continue on every Thursday for the rest of July 2020. We can all look forward to next week’s line up which is set to include EPROM, Zeke Beats, Chee, and Ceiva. Keep an eye out for more announcements to come!
