Everyone will go crazy on Saturday, August 24th when ACRAZE hits The Ogden Theatre. The music impresario brings his high-energy tracks and versatility to the acclaimed concert venue. Expect bass-laden beats, melodic vocals, and uplifting sounds all night long.

ACRAZE, born Charlie Duncker in Staten Island, currently hails from Florida. He spent years grinding and collaborating with other up-and-comers. Then he created a house edit of the 2006 R&B single “Do It To It” by Cherish, and his career took off.

An instant hit and certified banger, “Do It To It” put ACRAZE on the map. From there, his career exploded. Could you go anywhere in 2021 without hearing that track played?

Released on Thrive Music, ACRAZE’s edit spawned many remixes. In addition, it’s amassed at least 800 million streams on Spotify. “Do It To IT” also earned iHeartRadio’s 2021 Dance Song of the Year. But that was just the beginning. In 2022, he began a residency at Hakkasan Nightclub in Las Vegas.

Additionally, he embarked on the Do It To It world tour, which took him to many festivals, including Tomorrowland, Ultra, and EDC Las Vegas. At the latter, the OG group Cherish appeared to perform live.

Proving that he’s no one-hit wonder, ACRAZE teamed up with Goodboys to release “Believe” in late 2022. From there, he remixed Sam Smith’s and Kim Petras’ “Unholy” and Natasha Bedingfield’s “Take Me Away.” Both remixes showcase ACRAZE’s undeniable talent and ear for music.

2023 saw ACRAZE get a little more personal with the release of “The Otherside” ft. Paige Cavell. A song about soul-searching, “The Otherside” encapsulates ACRAZE’s journey to self-love and acceptance. Cavell’s vocals add an ethereal and melodic touch, and coupled with driving rhythms, the song is peak ACRAZE.

And speaking of peak ACRAZE, I’d say The Ogden Theatre is just that. The theater is a Denver concert venue full of history, and it’s on the National Registry of Historic Places.

The Ogden is a former movie theater built in 1917, and in the ’90s, it was earmarked for demolition. But before that happened, it became the music hall we know and love. Located in the Capitol Hill district, it can accommodate 1,600 attendees. The Ogden holds roughly 150 concerts a year, and you’ll be glad that ACRAZE is one of them.

ACRAZE continues his musical world domination, churning out music constantly. His passion for his craft is unmatched and he’s a sight to see live. Please don’t sleep on getting your tickets, as his shows tend to sell out. ACRAZE at The Ogden Theatre, this Friday, June 14th will be one for the books.
