G-Jones made the 27th of April a night to remember at the Fillmore, debuting his Ineffable Truth, through the color of sound. It was something to be felt and was an experience that could only be delivered through an individual who has mastered their craft.  It was a wild ride, full of glitched out bass lines and rhythmic movement that had the dance floor at full tilt! Mosh pits developed through out the night, it seemed like an appropriate release of energy that was pumping like a racing heart. The intensity and power of the music was massive, it was fantastic to be filled with so much energy and dance through the rhythms together.

Everywhere this writer looked, there were people with full on beaming smiles, stoked to be sharing the music with their fellow bass heads.  The opening acts did an incredible job, including Abney 317, Ivy Lab, and Buku. The succession of acts mixed together seamlessly seemed to build up for the perfect introduction to G-Jones himself, who more than exceeded expectations.

The visual experience is also worth a proper mention. The black and white gradient made you feel like you were traveling through a wormhole, with G Jones driving the spacecraft. The lasers were especially exceptional and as whole the entire production was out of this world.

The visuals, paired with reinforced sound that was specifically brought out for the evening, made the nights production feel huge in every way. The bass was incredible and felt like wave crashing on the shore. The team fully flexed the system and put it to work. The crowd couldn’t get enough of the special bass sauce that was prepared for the evening.

It was an awesome experience for all the senses. Each person was swept up in full on story of auditory and visual imagination. The music that G-Jones shared with us was on entirely different dimension, and bringing us to whole new plane of reality. When it was time to come back to Earth most of us weren’t ready to leave.

As a whole, the experience was extremely well crafted and you could feel the love, hard work, and dedication that were put into this special production. This was G-Jones’ biggest Ineffable experience stop to date, and it definitely felt that way. Party Guru Press is certainly grateful to have experienced such a fantastic production of some of the best bass music being made, and can’t wait until next time G-Jones makes his way through Denver.
